I once heard there was an African proverb that went like this:
” If you want to go fast, go alone; if you want to go far, go together.” And I think it summarizes beautifully something I’ve experienced many times, the team composed of different talent will reach furthest.
Off course it is harder to reach dicisions when everyone is not of the same mindset, but alternative construtive input from a person you respect, might give you the perspectice on your project you need.
I would very much like to be that person.
